Grilled Vegetable Pasta with Zucchini Basil Pesto

This Zucchini Basil Pesto is high in antioxidants, and can be made in batches to allow a vibrant pop of summer even in the middle of winter, you are oh-so-welcome.

Once you've made this pesto (which comes together quite quickly), the only natural next step is to take some of the most delicious summer vegetables and grill them.


After grilling them, the onions take on this incredible sweet flavor, and that combined with the vibrant punch of the pesto will leave whomever you've invited over for dinner (please invite someone) stunned and ready to return. Who is in for a 30 minute meal based on whole foods?
